Andrea Knott, Director of Operations

Andrea has more than 20 years of experience in public relations, media production and community relations. She spent over a decade as a producer/writer/talent of original programming for the City of Detroit’s Government Access Channel, also serving as production supervisor for the day-to-day creative and administrative activities of the production team. Earlier in her career, Andrea was a community awareness specialist for the U. S. Bureau of the Census with the territory of Michigan, Ohio, parts of West Virginia and Maryland. 

At Compass: Andrea manages the organization's daily operations, overseeing its various functions. She ensures strict adherence to local, state, and federal regulations while simultaneously enhancing operational efficiency across the board.
