Eddie F. McDonald, Senior Vice President of Government Relations

Eddie is a life-long public servant and political consultant at the local, county, state, and national levels. During his 40 years of public service, he served under former U.S. representative Bob Carr and former Wayne County executives Edward McNamara and Robert Ficano and was director of executive affairs for the City of Detroit mayor’s office and liaison to the Detroit City Council.   

At Compass: Eddie advocates for our clients within political and regulatory spheres. He cultivates and sustains relationships with key governmental figures and taps them to promote the interests and objectives of our clients.
