Aaron Hall, Vice President of Community Engagement and Strategy

Aaron has more than a decade of experience in community engagement and government affairs. He has played integral roles in Detroit area politics and led the charge of several city-wide initiatives and task forces aimed at rethinking diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and small business policies in the city of Detroit.  

At Compass: Aaron shapes clients’ relationships with communities and advocates for social responsibility, ensuring that organizations contribute to the well-being of the broader society. He champions DEI initiatives within community engagement strategies and actions.
