Ashley holds more than 15 years of experience in communications, government relations, community engagement, project management, and event planning. She has worked for the Detroit City Council and with many notable businesses and non-profits including Detroit Vs Everybody, Mothering Justice, and Umoja Village. 

At Compass: Ashley fosters positive connections between organizations and the communities they serve. She crafts and implements effective communication plans, ensuring that key messages resonate with the intended audience.
